When we talk about the Renaissance, which and whose Renaissance do we mean? Implicitly, we think about humans. But who says that our species is soaring to new heights? Perhaps we are merely the birthing agents of the resurrection of other forms of life. We have given birth to artificial intelligence, we have made whole species die, and yet our species will not last forever. This is a fact that the current pandemic also shows us in a drastic way. Perhaps it will have been our only merit in the end to have created new incredible symbioses. Time for a small change of perspective in terms of humans and animals, technology and nature!
